What is ethical fashion? Do you offer leather products?

Address Chic Store only retails ethical products that are made without harming the planet and its inhabitants. Since leather comes from animal cruelty we do not offer any leather products. However all products retailed on our store come from high quality materials that are eco friendly and matches the quality of leather products.

Do you ship international?

Most of the brands we work with offer international shipping worldwide except a few countries which they are not allowed by law to ship. Please check with us before ordering from any country other than in: US, Europe, UK, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, China, India, UAE, Singapore and we’ll confirm if deliver option is available or not.

What payment methods do you accept?

Address Chic accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Some cards may require authorization from your bank.

How will i know my order has been received?

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail on the ID provided by you at the time of order. A confirmation email does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product and brand you ordered from and your country of residence. Each parcel is dispatched from a different designer from their country of location, so if you buy multiple products each from a different brand, you will be levied the relevant shipping charge from each brand. The shipping charges are mentioned on the product description page of each item.

From time to time we offer promotional shipping rates that will not be reflected in this table. For details on these rates, please refer to the promotional banners and newsletters.

I have received a confirmation email of my order. When will my items be delivered?

If you have ordered items from more than one brand the items will arrive in separate shipments and may not be delivered to you simultaneously. You will be updated with the tracking number and details of your order through an email. Pls contact us on info@addresschic.com if you have any more questions about your product delivery.

What is your returns policy?

The returns policy differs from brand-to-brand. For more details visit our Shipping and Returns Section.

I’m a US customer how do I return something to you?

Irrespective of which country you shop from, your will have to return the product to the brand directly. Once you contact us for returns we will provide you with returns address and other relevant details. You will have to ship the product on your own.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes or is that included in the price?

If you ordering a product from the brand of country of which you are not a resident of, in that case you will have to bear any customs and duties that will be levied when you receive the parcel. For example if you are in the US and you are ordering shoes from Opificio V which is an Italian brand, you will have to pay the applicable import duties and taxes. However if you order bag from US brand Gunas then you will not be levied any additional duties and charges. For more details check the Duties & Taxes section here.

What if I receive a faulty item?

While we take utmost care in ensuring you receive the product in mint condition, if by any chance you receive a faulty product we want to sort this issue straightaway. In such event please contact us write away on info@addresschic.com with the order number, the faulty item’s brand and product name and a description of the fault. Our customer care person will contact you and sort this out.

If the product is found to be faulty, we will reimburse the cost of sending the goods back to us.
